Wilton Park

Wilton Park is a ‘forum for global change’ where meetings of international importance are held to debate the global challenges that face our world today. Wiston House, a listed building of immense charm and character, also plays host to prestigious conferences and weddings.

Beacon were recommended to the Finance and Food & Beverage Directors at Wilton Park following works successfully completed for an associated conference provider. Beacon were asked to undertake a review of the catering operation in it’s entirety, and proposed a series of phased works involving changes to methods of food preparation, food and materials distribution and food service.

Phase One, involved the re design of the kitchens together with the installation of new cooking and food distribution equipment. The result is a plated food service that delivers consistent high quality to customers and greater presentational control to the operators. Further phases are to follow shortly.
